John
Muleta, Esquire
John Muleta is founder and Executive Vice President of OI Systems, Inc., a
firm that provides outsourced business, IT, and network planning services.
Mr. Muleta had previously served as Senior Vice President and President, Global
Facilities Development and IMEA (India, Middle East, Africa) of PSINet from
October 1999 through December 2000, and had served as Vice President of Capacity
Planning and Service Delivery of the Company from February 1998 to September
1999, and as Vice President, Office of the General Counsel of the Company
from February 1998 to August 1998.
Prior to joining PSINet, Mr. Muleta was with the Federal Communications Commission
as the Deputy Bureau Chief, Common Carrier Bureau from September 1997 to February
1998, as Chief, Enforcement Division from July 1995 to August 1997 and as
Attorney-Advisor, Office of Plans and Policy from December 1994 to July 1995.
Prior thereto, Mr. Muleta was with Coopers & Lybrand Consulting, LLC and
GTE Corporation. Mr. Muleta holds a BSc. in Systems Engineering from the University
of Virginia, as well as a JD/MBA from the Darden Graduate School of Management
at the University of Virginia.
